Which data and why
For an order we keep your name, address, email address, phone number and what you bought, and for a business order also the company name and VAT number. We use that data to deliver your order, for any returns or complaints and for our bookkeeping.
If you send us a message, we keep what you fill in to answer your question.
Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not see your card details. Your password is stored encrypted, even we cannot read it.
Sharing and keeping
We use your data only ourselves and do not pass it to third parties, except to those we need to pay and ship your order. We never rent or sell it. We keep it no longer than necessary, and the bookkeeping for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
In your browser we keep your cart and, if you log in, your session. We use Alexander (alxndr.ai) to measure visits to the website, without cookies and without personal data.
Your rights
You can always view, correct or erase your data, and delete your account yourself via My account. Email info@nonstoprecords.nl to do so.
